Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Not a fan of your coffee? You can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To return your product please email kulkumrycoffee@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.

 

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Quality Issues


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In both instances please contact us with a picture of the issue.  If the pouch is defective we require the batch code and best before date which can be found on the back of the pouch in question.
